• $1,400 a week for 7 nights. Maximum of 8 people. This is a flat fee all year round.
• Weekend Rates - $250 per night with a minimum of 2 nights, eg. Friday and Saturday,with a 10a.m. Sunday check-out Total Cost: $500.00
• Holidays- $100.00 extra ie. Easter,Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years'
  

Advance payment equal to 50% ($700.) of the rental rate is required fourty-five (45) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied towards the rent. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
There is an additional $250 security/reservation fee due within 7 days of booking the reservation. This fee is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided no damage is done to the unit.
